How can we work together?

The growth audit on its own, three monthly steps, and a scoped retainer past about €100K a month, laid out so you can see who does what at each step. No list prices. I set the fee on the intro call once I have seen the account.

This page is for a team deciding how much of its paid growth to hand over. It is written by the person selling the steps, so weigh that. What sets the fee and how a fractional Head of UA compares to an agency and a hire have their own pages.

Each step hands me one more block of the work.

Paid growth splits into three blocks: the campaigns and their tests, the creative strategy, and the production management behind the ads. Pick the step that fits your team, and I set the fee on the intro call once I have seen the account.

Step 0, one time, booked on its own
Growth audit
Best before you spend more. I read all three blocks and run none. You can start a step without it.
  • A written read of the paid funnel, the signal and the creative
  • The order to fix things in, with the reason for the order
  • The size of the gap at your current spend
  • Whether paid UA is the bottleneck right now, said plainly

Read access to the ad accounts and the MMP, and your unit economics. The first minute of your onboarding I can read from the app itself.

Step A
Paid growth

I run the campaigns and tests. Your team keeps creative strategy and production.

Best for a team that makes its own ads and wants the campaigns run by someone senior, in the open.
  • I set up and manage your Meta campaigns
  • I run the acquisition tests
  • I report the whole funnel, from the click to the paying user

Step B
Plus creative strategy

I run the campaigns, tests and creative strategy. Your team keeps production.

Best for a team with a creator or an editor and nobody deciding what to test and why.
  • Everything in A
  • I research what comparable apps run and which angles could work for you
  • I write the concepts and the testing plan, and read the results with you
Flat monthly feeset on the intro call, month to month, 14 days notice

Step C
Plus production management

I run all three blocks. The partners invoice you for the ads themselves.

Best for a team with no production in place that wants me to build the pipeline and run it.
  • Everything in B
  • I turn the concepts into production briefs
  • I source and coordinate the creative partners and the production batches
Flat monthly feeset on the intro call, month to month, 14 days notice

The ads themselves are separate at every step. Your team makes them, or you buy them from me as the Sprint, fifteen ads in about two weeks.

At every step you see how decisions get made. A weekly call, screen recordings, Slack and HTML reports.

About €100K a month on paid UA
Past the line
Fractional Head of UA
Best for apps past that line. The work changes shape here. Account consolidation, signal density, incrementality checks and creative volume planning come in, and the fee follows the scope. Ad production stays a separate purchase here too.

What your team learnsHow I make campaign decisionsPlus how to research creative and decide what to test and whyPlus how a creative pipeline runs week to week

Each step covers one paid channel, Meta, and an agreed set of markets. A second channel, Google App Campaigns or TikTok, comes on top. A tracking consultation puts an attribution engineer from my network in a review of your attribution setup with your engineer, who then implements the fixes. I quote both with the step.

You can book the growth audit at any spend level. Ad production starts with the Sprint. Nothing locks you in. What sets the fee and how it compares to an agency have their own pages.

Questions

Is there a minimum spend?

No. Below about €100K a month on paid UA you book one of the three steps, each a flat monthly fee set on the intro call. Past that line the work changes shape and I scope a fractional Head of UA retainer. The growth audit is available at any spend level.

What does each step cost?

A flat monthly fee, set on the intro call once I have seen the account, month to month with 14 days notice. There is no list price because the same step is a different amount of work on a one market account and on a ten market account. What sets the fee is written out on its own page.

Can I start at step A and move to B or C later?

Yes. Every step is month to month with 14 days notice, and moving up or down is agreed on a call.

Who makes the ads at step C?

Not me, not inside the step fee. At step C I write the production briefs and source and coordinate the creative partners and the production batches, and the partners invoice you for the ads themselves. If you want the ads from me, that is the Sprint or the Loop, a separate purchase at every step.

Does a step cover more than one channel?

Each step covers one paid channel, Meta, and an agreed set of markets. A second channel, Google App Campaigns or TikTok, comes on top and is quoted with the step, as is a tracking consultation with an attribution engineer from my network.

Do I need the audit before a step?

No. You can start a step without it. If you book the audit first, its fee is credited against the first month of any step.
