You send access and I usually start within a week. You keep every account, you pay half of the first month upfront, I invoice the rest at the end of each month, and you can stop with 14 days notice.
This page is for a team that has chosen a step or is close to it. It lists the access I ask for, when you pay, what the first 30 days look like and how to stop.
What are the first steps?
- On the intro call we agree the channels, the markets and the flat monthly fee. A short contract follows by email.
- You send the access in the table below. Partner access and invites are enough, so nobody shares a password.
- I usually start within a week of getting access.
- We set up a shared channel, usually Slack, and a weekly call.
- I read the numbers and your funnel first, then make changes in the order that read gives.
What access do you need?
Only the rows that apply to your channels and your step.
| Where | What I ask for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | Partner access in Business settings, as an agency partner, for the ad account, pages, Instagram, pixel or dataset, and apps | To run the campaigns and check the signal Meta receives |
| TikTok and Google | A partner invite or an account link for each channel we agreed on | To run the campaigns |
| Apple Ads | A user invite | To run the campaigns |
| Your MMP | An invite to Adjust, AppsFlyer or whichever one you use | To read attribution and compare it with the platforms |
| Your subscription backend | Read access to RevenueCat, Adapty or whichever one you use | To judge campaigns on revenue |
| App Store Connect and Google Play Console | A role that can see sales and analytics | The source of truth for where installs came from and what you received |
| Your creative | A Drive folder with your past ads and raw footage | To see what has run and what can be recut |
| Your numbers | Your unit economics | To set the CPA ceiling before I spend anything |
| Your developer | One contact who can ship SDK and server changes | To implement the signal I design |
What else should you have ready?
Name one person who can approve changes and answer questions, and tell me what has been tried already and how decisions get made today.
A Meta approval can need a second person on your side, so have that person ready. Old ad accounts that nobody can reach anymore are worth finding before we start.
The growth audit needs less. It runs on read access to the ad accounts and the MMP, plus your unit economics, and I change nothing.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. The ad accounts, the pixel, the data and the campaigns stay in your business, and I work inside them as a partner. When we stop, you remove my access and everything stays where it is.
When and how do you pay?
You pay half of the first month’s fee upfront. After that I invoice at the end of each month, starting with the other half, and you pay by bank transfer within 30 days, plus VAT where it applies.
Ad spend goes straight from you to the platforms and never passes through me. The ads themselves are a separate purchase, the Sprint or the Loop, unless your team makes them. When the SDK or your servers need a specialist, an attribution engineer from my network is quoted with the step.
What happens in the first 30 days?
This is the order at step A. Step B adds the research, the concepts and the testing plan. Step C adds the production briefs and the production batches. The steps show who does what.
Treat the table as a plan, since the dates move with your access and how fast changes ship. Day 30 gives an early read and is too early for a verdict on scale, because subscription revenue matures, and a campaign that looks break even on day 7 can be clearly profitable by day 28. The named results on this site took two to three months.
| When | What I do | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| First week | Read the accounts, the MMP and the store numbers, ask your team how it works today, and set the CPA ceiling from your unit economics. Clear fixes can start this week. | Notes from each meeting and the plan, with the reason for the order |
| Rest of the month | Fix the signal with your developer, restructure the campaigns where they need it and launch the first tests. | A weekly call, screen recordings and HTML reports |
| Day 30 | Read what the first tests say so far and set the tests for the next month. | An early read and the plan for the next month |
How do we stop?
Every step is month to month with 14 days notice, and nothing locks you in. You can also move up or down a step, which we agree on a call. When we stop, you remove my access, and the accounts, the campaigns and the data stay with you. If the work has grown to fill a full week, I help you hire the full time person and hand over.
Questions people ask
Do you need my passwords?
No. Partner access and user invites let me work in the accounts while your logins stay with you.
Why do you need App Store Connect?
The ad platforms and the MMP each count installs and revenue their own way, and they rarely agree. App Store Connect shows where installs came from and what you received, which gives me a number to check the others against. A role that can see sales and analytics is enough.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short one by email. It covers the scope, the fee and the 14 days notice.
